Job Context

Job Location: Site- Gopalgonj; Head office-Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

Make the management structure of the Project and identify
jobs under each of the segments of work.

Explain method statements of all the works / jobs with
specifications of all the constituent items (materials, plants, tools etc.).

Assign responsibilities to all associate members.

Plan for proper progresses of the projects, monitor the
project progresses and take action plans depending upon the requirements.

Findout defects and flaws and take proper corrective
actions.

Ensure and improve workmanship, quality of each item of work
and the product.

Ensure safety to all the workers, contractors, supervising
staffs of the projects through Project in Charge as per safety guidelines.

Co-ordinate with different stake holders to provide
necessary decisions in time to run the project seamlessly.

Conduct meeting regularly with project personnel and
contractors to find out operational challenges and to eliminate those.

Supervise construction works on regular basis to ensure that
jobs are done with proper quality, standard and in consistent with Working
Drawings.

Check and ensure following items regularly:

a) That all works of projects are running as per approved
schedule.

b) That Site In-Charges, Site Engineers (PE, APE) are doing
their jobs properly and as planned.

c) That all quality controlling process are maintained
properly.

d) That all kinds of related documents are kept properly.

e) That site stores are safe and secured with no excess and
unused materials.

f) That all utility meters are safe and secured and running
properly.

g) That all registers etc. are being properly written with
up dated figures.

h) That entry gates, passage, site office, stairs etc. are
properly clean with adequate light etc. as per company policy.

i) That all optional/modification work measurements have
been provided in time and in proper ways.

j) That all safety measures are followed by both the
contractor and his people.

k) That proper quality of materials is received and
consumed.

l) Ensure proper maintenance of project material.

m) Approve Project Petty Cash purchases and other project
expenses.

n) Certify all running and final bills of contractors.

Co-ordinate with external stake holders for timely
installation of utility services (gas, water, electricity, lift, generator,
sub-station, CCTV, and intercoms).

Evaluate project staffs and contractors from time to time
and recommend to his sectional head about them.

Prepare bill of the project to submit PWD/EED/ other Govt.
Departments.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) with good academic record
preferably from public university or reputed private university.

Experience Requirements

At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Project Management of Hospital Building & Factory
construction

AutoCAD, MS Project, Power Point, MS EXCEL, MS WORD

Estimating, Scheduling of the project.

Preparing bill to submit PWD/EED/ other Govt. Departments.

Good leadership skill

Experience in building construction works.

Good communication skill with stakeholders
